Unveiling the Reality of Supreme Court Proceedings in Victoria

We are told to use the legal system if we have a problem.

We are mislead into believing that everyone is equal before the law.

I have been involved in a dispute with Victoria police so I launched proceedings in the Supreme Court of Victoria because that is where disputes are resolved, right? Wrong… That is what you do if you want to be treated like a fool.

For 5 years I was tricked into taking part in directions hearings designed to extract everything I was going to bring to the trial. The police were represented by the Victorian Government Solicitors Office, at the trial they had a Supreme Court Judge as one of their barristers, and two other barristers.

After hearing my claim, the Judge dismissed the proceeding and made her reasons sound like my claim never had a hope. If my claim was so hopeless, why would they need a Supreme Court Judge and two other barristers to defend themselves?

I will be uploading all the evidence presented by both parties, the evidence I upload will be full and complete. I will not show some of the evidence and not all of it because if all of it is not presented then that is a lie.

After a trial the Judge publishes their reasons and makes them public for the world to see.
